L I F E: It Can be Confusing!

As described by many experts, too many to name, L I F E is the period when a person is alive and the experience of being alive.  It’s an organismic state characterized by capacity for metabolism, growth, reaction to stimuli, and reproduce.

We’re not born with a manual or a formula on how to live life; it gives us the strength to learn lessons the hard way.  And, life can sometimes be hard, complicated, and especially confusing when we’ve reached the YouthGenarians age (The 50+ Generation).  You’ll almost never encounter two situations that are the same, but can we figure out the right way to react? With that said, is there anything that can help you handle life, to make better and smarter decisions?

Do you look inward and consider the elaborate science that makes up the fundamental building blocks of who you are? Do you look to the past and credit the irreplaceable chapters that gave meaning to your story? Do you look to the future and celebrate all of the possibilities you have yet to discover? Fortunately, you are not restricted to a single view.  Life never stops presenting opportunities to develop new perspectives.  Through sacred years of toil and triumph, life has nurtured within yourself, the strength, respect, and experience to embrace each day with everything you are.  But first, you have to choose to invest in life.

Investing in life is easy when you’re on top of the world.  But life is always changing and evolving.  When life is challenging, complicated, and confusing, you may struggle to navigate your next steps.  Life’s nuances are endless.  Life’s pieces almost never fit perfectly together.  Life frequently demands that you learn lessons the hard way. You persevere because you know in your heart that you are worthy to overcome these trials.

Therefore, you know that you have adventures to pursue, experiences to enjoy, and something valuable to offer the world.  You just need a little support and a little direction.

Here are a few of our favorite Golden Rules

  1. You can do anything you set your mind to do. You are the creator of your life.

“Do you realize that your life at this very moment is the result of everything that you have ever thought, done, believed, or felt up until now?” ~ Jack Canfield

  1. Life is living science. Emit positive energy to attract positive energy.

“Take 100% responsibility for your life. It is up to you to make the changes to get the results you want. If you don’t like the outcome, change your responses.” ~ Jack Canfield

Be present in the moment.  Be conscientious and deliberate in your words, actions, and values.
