About the security awareness training
Is there a time limit for attending the training?
No, you can spend as much time as you like attending the sessions, whether you have an individual or Company Account.
What do I need to access the security awareness training?
You can access the sessions using your PC, Mac, or mobile device using any major browser (i.e., Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, Safari); a broadband Internet link will also be needed.
What is the format of the training and how long does it take?
The sessions are a combination of animated video lectures and quizzes. The average time needed per session is between 5 and 10 minutes.
What prior knowledge is needed to attend the training?
None. The awareness sessions were created in such a way that a beginner can easily understand them. They are very easy to follow even for non-IT employees.
About the Company AccountWhat is the difference between an individual and a Company Account?
With an individual account, you can watch all the videos for free, with no time limit. A Company Account has the same features as an individual account and, in addition to that, enables you to set the schedule for your employees and determine how often they must attend sessions. You can also track their progress and set automatic notifications for upcoming and overdue sessions.

How can I upgrade my account if I need more users?
You can simply purchase more users from a pricing table and, after the payment is processed, your Company Account will be upgraded automatically. Please make sure you use the same email address that you used for the initial purchase, because it’s the only way this process can be done automatically. If you decide to purchase it with a different email address, make sure you contact our support at support@advisera.com so we can upgrade your account manually.
Is it necessary to purchase training and awareness certificates?
No – you can use a Company Account without purchasing certificates. You might consider purchasing certificates only if your employees attend online courses (i.e., Foundations, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, and Data Protection Officer courses) and you need formal proof of their competence. If you decide to buy certificates, they are charged as a one-time purchase.
For security awareness trainings, testing the employee’s knowledge is included in the price of the Company Account subscription, and you will get a report on their success; however, no certificates are available for awareness trainings.
Can we get a discount if we purchase course certificates for a group of employees?
